You've probably heard me say before how much I enjoy making and designing cards for other people... Well, this post is about another of those instances. I was commissioned by Fran to make graduation announcements for her very special daughter. Fran loved the finished product and that made my day! I hope you enjoy the cards too. Maybe they will inspire you to make something for a graduate in your life.
This is how the card looks closed:
And this is with the belly band removed:
Some of my favorite Stampin' Up! products used in this project are: our wonderfully strong cardstock and our fabulous silver cardstock. To order these or any other Stampin' Up! products, please visit my store HERE.

Awesome thank you I was scouring the internet looking for affordable invitations but having a desire to make my own and because ofyou I think I am gonna have to make them for her instead of buying way more than what I need! Glad I found you!!! Added you to my list so I can see more from you.
Would love to have the recipe for this card..thanks, Barb....beautiful card...
Barb, I don't really have a recipe. Using a 12x12 piece of cardstock, I just made sure the middle portion of the card would fit in a standard envelope. I made two score lines so the sides would fold over and then cut the corners to form the "neck" of the gown. After I had the shape I wanted, I copied it for the others.
